What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are varied depending on the delivery location which is visible on the cart and checkout page while placing the order. We keep very minimum charges of delivery and give extra benefits to customers who are placing order closer to our fullfilment locations spreading all over Pakistan. For international shipping, charges are extra which will be quoted with the order.
Pak Electrics does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
At the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. At times, Pak Electrics prefer not to ship to certain locations. Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?
Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.
How do you ship your orders?
We ship items by ground couriers in Pakistan and for international we shipped by air. We deliver most of our orders through our courier partners.
How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?
We deliver your order within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in (Lahore). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.
What should I do if my order does not arrive?
In case your order is not shipped within the above stipulated time, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of non-delivery and we shall be glad to assist you.
What if the package is opened or looks to be tampered with upon delivery?
Please do not accept the package and contact us so that we assist you with further instructions.
In what situation I can return the product bought from Pakelectrics.com?
If the product you received is 'Damaged'‘Defective’ or it is 'Not same as Described' by Pakelectrics.com, you can request for Exchange or Replacement.
Do I have to pay anything Extra for return?
We do not charge extra for returns on approved of customer support and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost.Customer Support will inform you about the pickup process. While we pick up originally delivered product from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier.
What if same product is not available?
Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Pakelectrics.com. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a refund, no questions asked.
How do I return a product purchased on Pakelectrics.com?
Simply follow these steps
Fill the Product Return form and provide Order ID details.
Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
Please ensure that product is in unused,unaltered,unsoiled and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
Necessary state/central sales tax any statutory transit material form have to be initiated by customer for reverse pick up
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before the shipping of your product. We will cancel it and initiate your refund.
